This home has been given a new lease on life by being lifted and fully restored. S & D Painters were engaged by Stephensen Constructions to be a part of the restoration team to transform this forgotten house into a dream home. With a mix of new and old timbers throughout the team took great care to prepare all surfaces to a high-quality finish and to ensure the character features were still on point! The interior was gapped, sanded and had a 3-coat finish applied and the exterior had all the nail holes filled, the boards gapped and sanded and a 3-coat finish applied.
